Oliver Inslee is the founding partner of InsleeLaw LLC. He earned his bachelor’s degree in History, with a minor in Philosophy and Spanish, from the University of Vermont in 2004 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He was also a member of Phi Alpha Theta International Honor Society. He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as a law journal editor, in May of 2004.
Oliver started his career working at a small multi-focused firm where he practiced criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, and wills and estate planning in Chester, Lancaster, and Delaware Counties. He later moved on to a medium sized firm where he gained experience and expertise in the the areas of immigration, criminal defense, and civil litigation with daily court appearances in Pennsylvania and Federal Courts. Wanting to open his own law firm, Oliver started InsleeLaw LLC in 2014, where he focuses on deportation defense, asylum and family based immigration and routinely handles criminal matters in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania. Oliver is fluent in Spanish and takes a personal interest in each and every case. He frequently represents clients at immigration court proceedings, USCIS interviews and appeals before the Immigration Board of Appeals and in federal courts. |
Stephanie Ott-Inslee is a partner at InsleeLaw LLC. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Ursinus College in 2001 and her law degree from Rutgers School of Law in May 2001.
She began her law career as a staff attorney at a non profit legal services organization where she successfully represented low income clients in the areas of domestic violence, welfare appeals/fair hearings, Social Security Disability, Elder Law, and Wills and Estates. She spent a combination of six years at a Social Security Disability firm where she oversaw and managed cases as well as represented claimants all over the country in disability hearings and as an attorney at a personal injury, worker’s compensation, and Social Security disability firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at this firm, Stephanie represented thousands of clients at all levels of appeals for Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income (SSI claims). She conducted hundreds of hearings before Administrative Law Judges and also managed and represented claimants in personal injury litigation. Prior to becoming a partner at InsleeLaw LLC, Stephanie worked for a government agency as an attorney providing legal support to Administrative Law Judges and wrote legal decisions for Social Security Disability cases ensuring that all decisions were consistent with adjudication policies, regulations, and rulings. She recently joined InsleeLaw as a practicing partner specializing in Social Security Disability appeals, immigration, personal injury, and criminal defense. |
